Membership & Billing Policies
Billing Cycle: You will be billed on the 15th of each month.
Calendar Adjustments: If your billing date falls on a day that doesn't exist in a shorter month (e.g., if you signed up on the 31st), you will be charged on the last day of that month. Following this adjustment, your future billing cycles will remain on that new date.

Booking Limit: Members are eligible for one booking per day.
No-Show Policy: Please note that a $49 fee will be automatically charged for any missed appointments without prior cancellation.

I originally went in because of my left knee, but during my first visit Dr. Cho took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my lower back, spine, and neck as well. He walked me through his plan for treatment going forward, and I received my first session that day. I also really appreciate the way he creates a space where I feel comfortable talking— his kind smile makes it easy to relax and feel taken care of.
